Crystal Brown-Tatum is the CEO and Founder of Crystal Clear Communications. She is a Honors College graduate of The University of Houston with a B.A. in Radio-Television. Mrs. Brown-Tatum is an accomplished journalist and has appeared on several local radio and television shows as well having had more than 500 editorials published including work featured in Vogue, People, Self, Shape, Washington Weekly, Building Edge magazine, The Capitol Times, Today’s Christian Woman, The San Antonio Informer and The Houston Chronicle.
She appeared on Oprah and Women’s Entertainment Television as a featured guest on the Dove/Conde Nast “A Cut Above: Beautiful Hair” television show. Ebony magazine named her a 2006 Top Bachelorette and she was a 2006 Women on the Move honoree with Texas Executive Women.
Mrs. Brown-Tatum was twice voted Miss Congeniality in the Miss Texas USA pageant. In addition, she received a Texas Senate Commendation for her community service and was awarded a Distinguished Achievement Award from the City of San Antonio Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission.
Prior to forming the company, she worked for several Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Chase, Chanel and Nike.
Mrs. Brown-Tatum is active in the community and has volunteered her time and agency resources for several non-profit organizations. She is a member of the American Heart Association Texas and Louisiana State Advocacy Committees, Board Member of Gridiron Heroes and Bo’s Place, a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority and a member of the Houston Advertising Federation.

Sandy Lawrence-Vice President-is an experienced marketing and promotions professional with more than 40 years of experience. She has managed the worldwide collection of partner survey data for the Technology Solutions Group (TSG) of Hewlett Packard and has also supported the entire StorageWorks line of products for several years by providing training courseware design, planning, creation, and delivery.
